There are no prizes for guessing what topic Fearless addresses… you got it… FEAR!  In this book Max Lucado in a very simple, practical and Biblical manner addresses fear in the life of a believer.  The book is filled with gentle encouragement and large doses of hope which instill faith and courage in the heart of those who are fearful.  The book explores the source of our fear before going on to address a number of different categories of fear that can hinder us from getting the most out of the life God gave to us.

This is the first Max Lucado book I’ve read and I have to say I really enjoy the way he writes!  He has a gift with words.  Coupled with the pastors-heart that comes clearly through the pages, he has a very gentle yet authoritative style.  If you struggle with fear in any sort, this would be a great book for you to read.  Prepare to be challenged, inspired, and hope-filled!

Feed your fears, and your faith will starve.
Feed your faith, and your fears will. (p74)
